Cooper Creek Christian Church

Ryan Sudsberry a veteran youth worker from Sarasota, Florida sat outside of a hotel room at 3:00am in Southern California because he could not sleep. He felt that God was moving him towards something new and unknown…so he prayed. He had no idea what God was about to do. That night resulted in what is now known as "The Cooper Creek Project." Partnering with Florida Church Planters and Sarasota Christian Church, Cooper Creek Christian Church will launch in the Fall of 2008. Ryan and Lori Sudsberry are following the call placed on their life to begin a new church work in Sarasota, Florida. Ryan has been serving as the youth minister at Sarasota Christian Church for the last 9 years. During his time as the youth minister Ryan was called into church planting. Ryan and Lori attended a church planting assessment center and were recommended to be the lead planters in partner with Florida Church Planters. Through the partnership of Florida Church Planters, Sarasota Christian Church and those partnering with us this vision will soon become a reality.
